Polyurea cross-linking agent in aqueous emulsion.
CORILINK 08 is a cross-linking agent used to crosslink casein solutions and acrylic and polyurethane binders.
When it is added to water-fixing agents, it enhances the dry and wet rub fastness properties.
CORILINK 08 lightfastness is good and does not modify the finished leather colour.
The recommended amount ranges from 1 to 5% calculated on the weight of 40% con. resins.
Cross-linking is completed 24 hours after application. We recommend to use CORILINK 08 in systems with a pH higher than 7.
The blend’s pot-life is approximately 5 – 6 days.
