CORIBASE 301 is an high levelling prebottoming for full grain and slightly buffed leathers.
It forms a soft and semiglossy film that can be oversprayed.
It is characterized by low tackiness and high hot iron reactivity showing excellent filming properties: it can be ironed up to 110°C.
It equalizes the leather absorption and shows a good behaviour when milled.
CORIBASE 301 is mainly applied by spray, as supplied, neutral or pigmented in a ratio of 5-7%.
It is often combined with CORIBASE 300 to enhance the ironing reactivity.
After ironing it can be embossed and milled.
