Tanning and retanning

CORETAN DMC is a retanning and fatliquoring agent suitable for fast processing (with one or two baths) both for suede and full grain leather. Using CORETAN DMC we obtain leather with a fine grain, very full and tight. If used for suede for bay-cast, embossed leather or shoe upper articles in general, we obtain leather easy to buff, with compact and short hair. The product can also be used as normal retanning agent.
The recommended temperature of use is 35°C-40°C, increasing it at the end of the process to improve the exhaustion of the product.
CORETAN DMC fixes completely to the fibres, giving a low COD and a low extrability.
The percentages of use vary from 10% to 15%.
